Thomas Fitzroy Girvan born 1852 Newton Stewart, Scotland, arrived New Zealand 1874 on the "Hindustan", died 20 September 1921 at his residence 26 Dundas Street, Dunedin, married 1 July 1875 St Matthews Church, Dunedin by the Rev. E. G. Penny, Elizabeth Sturgeon second daughter of Henry Sturgeon, late of Framlingham, Suffolk, England [1]. His wife Elizabeth Sturgeon was the sister of James Brown Sturgeon, the father Daisy Muriel Sturgeon.

Daisy Muriel Sturgeon born circa 1883,  reg. 1883/14174 daughter of Emma Rosina Alice Green and James Brown Sturgeon, died 1964 aged 81 years, reg. 1964/41619 
 
 
The death is announced of Mr T. F. Girvan, who carried on a photographic business in this city. Deceased was born in Newton Stewart, Scotland, in the year 1852, coming to Dunedin in 1874 in the ship Hindustan, where he married Miss E. Sturgeon, second daughter of the late H. and S. Sturgeon, late of Essex, England. Mr Girvan is survived by a widow and a grown-up family of five sons and three daughters.

Probably Florence Elvra Campbell and Alfred Edward Morrison. She was born 11 March 1909,  Hampden, Otago, the youngest daughter of Catherine Lindsay and John Campbell, died 22 June 1977, Otago. Her engagement notice to Alfred Edward Morrison appeared in the Evening Star on 7 January 1946; he was the second son of Mr and Mrs G. Morrison of Miller's Flat.
